    Rachael Anger

Administrator

Rachael joined JHA in May of 2018 as our front desk administrator. She graduated with honors from Niagara College with an Office Administration degree. A native of Nashville, Tennessee, her background includes time spent in restaurant management, bookkeeping & photography.

    Jeri F. Aycoth, CPA

Jeri graduated from the University of Alabama in 1984 with bachelor’s degrees in both accounting and communications. She earned the Certified Public Accountant designation in 1987 and has practiced accounting in Alabama, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Florida and Texas. Jeri joined JHA in 2006 after owning her own Texas-based CPA firm for five years.

    Shannon L. Cassady, CPA

Shannon graduated from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi in 2013. She holds bachelor’s degrees in both accounting and marketing. Shannon’s areas of practice include entity and individual tax preparation, tax planning, IRS examinations, financial statement reviews and compilations.

    David Harmon, CPA

David is a 2001 accounting graduate of The University of Texas at Arlington and holds an MBA degree from The University of Missouri. He joined JHA after more than eight years as a consultant, bringing significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, process improvement and tax controversy to the firm. A licensed CPA in both Texas and Missouri, David is fluent in Indonesian and enjoys running marathons.

    Brittany McDonald

Administrator

Brittany graduated from the University of North Texas in 2015 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Advanced Technology and Performance Improvement and worked in City government for ten years as an Administrative Manager before joining the JHA team in 2017. As David Harmon’s executive administrator, she provides customer service to firm clients and supports the administrative team wherever needed.

    Melissa Moss, EA

IRS Designted Enrolled Agent, QuickBooks ProAdvisor

Melissa graduated cum laude from Park University in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in management. In February 2015, she received a second degree (accounting) in preparation for pursuing her CPA designation. A certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Melissa also serves as the firm’s community outreach coordinator.

    Lindsey Robinson

Administrator

Lindsey joined the JHA team in late 2018. She provides administrative support for Barbara Scott and Shannon Cassady, along with other administrative functions. Her background includes significant administrative and scheduling experience, along with supply chain management.

    Barbara W. Scott, CPA

Barbara is a 1988 finance graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and earned her Certified Public Accountant designation in 1998. Prior to her work in public accounting at JHA, she spent 10 years in banking as a teller, credit analyst, lending officer and branch manager. She also served for four years as the accounting manager for a brokerage and software development company.
